- created armour pickups
- added some basic difficulty scaling ( every 10 waves (up to 30 atm) allows slightly more difficult enemies to spawn)
- added text to the health pickups that display the pickup's value and included it on armour pickups.
- damage to armour does not affect the damage taken stat tracker
